These terms govern coaching services provided by Business Coaching by Richie Yan (Hrachya "Richie" Harutyunyan). By booking a strategy call or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.
We provide 1:1 business coaching combining business strategy with coaching and hypnotherapy-informed techniques. The standard program is 8 sessions of approximately 1.5 hours, delivered weekly over about 2 months, online. Coaching supports your own decision-making; it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.
The initial strategy call is free and carries no obligation. It is a diagnostic conversation to determine fit. No coaching relationship is formed until a program is agreed and the first payment is made.
Prices are in US dollars and are payable by the methods communicated to you (e.g. bank card). A program is confirmed once the agreement is accepted and the first/pre-payment is received.
For the pay-in-full option only: if you decide the program is not right for you, you may request a refund after your second session, and the fee will be returned. This guarantee does not apply to the two-payment or per-session options.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.
Coaching outcomes depend on your participation and action between sessions. We make no guarantee of specific business results, revenue, or income, as these depend on factors outside our control.
What you share in sessions is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the coaching, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent serious harm.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you have paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law. (Confirm the correct governing jurisdiction for your situation.)
